I tryed real hard to love mine. But just like spousal abuse, you get slapped one too many times and it's time to go. I realize that not all Polaris' are bad. That's why I rebounded into another Polaris!

i still think ole instigater still misss the power of his 800 [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] but i think hes pretty happy w/ the mv7 he has. i love my 800 my only problem is im greedy and want the true 800 cc's.

 

Obviously there is some power difference, I will not argue that. But, the MV with the 800 clutch and H/C, this thing is geared so low, that "I" know that I have more low end than what I had on the 800. If you could put both quads side-by-side exactly how I had the 800. This thing would walk all day long over the 800 in the mud pits. I am not ******* anyones 800, or think that mine is better. What I am saying is if "ULTIMATE" low end power is want you want, give the orange spring a try with the H/C. I know that an 800 with my clutch setup would obviously be more torque than mine! The H/C directions say to run the stock primary spring, if I knew then what I know now, I would have tryed the orange spring!

As for the MV, thanks for asking Yes, I love it. I am trying out rubberdowns' lift kit tomorrow. It looks like a great kit, but I think I found something that I want to modify on it. I'll post a full report after the trip. Fits...isn't wanting to bog. Something about too cold. What a sis! Why don't he just stay home? He could probably catch some T.V., I think "Miracle on 34th St." & "A Christmas Story" will be on![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
