I got the DVD the other day. It was definately very biased towards Polaris as I figured. They made it seem like it took an hour to put the other machines in 4wd. Who cares. If all four wheels are spinning you are all set regardless of the time it takes. I got a real kick out of the Ranger VS. Gator and others. The only ones that are built for the same purpose are the Prowler and Rhino. The others are more work than play. Kind of hard to compare.

 

I see they didn't line Jenny Craig up along side of any outtys or anything else.

 

I watched part of it and it was ok, it's like an infomercial. Polaris marketing! I'll stick with my Kawasaki.

I did enjoy reading the plowing article, thought that was pretty informative.

 

Can someone say, exactly what ATV Magazine is it, as there are lots, what is the issue about.

The name of the magazine is "ATV Magazine".

 

They Left out the part where Artic Cat won theQuadterrain Challenge for 2006 [Daryl Rath] and Polaris was not even in the top 10.That race is the true 4 wheel drive comparison , I like the big bolders they had to race over, thats where Artic Cat dusted the Can Ams and Kaws.

 

I got the Polaris "the worlds toughest atv's" PROOF DVD...And noticed one thing that stood out........They list in the 450 section that the Sportsman 450 is E.F.I. .....They don't even come with E.F.I. ....Maybe this is a hit for late 2007..............Or just a F#ck-up......I think it is the latter.....Caper.................

 

Did anyone else notice that the Polaris SP500 beats most of the other 700cc quads in the steeple chase contest? It also beats them in the weight pull contest. I find some of that hard to believe. It also looks like they drive the Polaris much more aggressively in the steeple chase contest than the other quads.

 

I only watch that stuff because I am curious to see how the manufacturers are manipulating the facts and info on each model. I'm usually laughing throughout the whole thing. Anyone who makes a purchase based on that is silly. You can't base your purchase on a sales pitch.
