Default Velcro rack attachments for soft cargo bags?

Looking to find a cheap rainproof rear cargo bag. I noticed many have Velcro straps that hold them to the ATV's rack. Are those secure? Seems to me they would loose grip if you take them on/off a lot to wash machine. Maybe not. If you end up needing to bungee bag to rack, then easy access is defeated. Where can I find a rugged reasonably priced soft rear bag in the 34-36" length range?

Thanks,
HS

I got a bag from Bass Pro Shop which has a buckle system to secure it to the rack. It was fairly inexpensive at about $35 and has a place for tools as well as three zippered compartments.

I got mine from Rocky Mountain for even less than that and it too has a buckle system.

I bought a bag made by "Mad Dog" and I've been pretty impressed with it. It has stayed dry despite being drenched and covered in mud. It is held on with buckles and straps. It was inexpensive too compared with other bags I looked at.

Stay away from Quad Boss, my straps were tore on the first trip. It was barely loaded too. That is usually what kills them people carring tools and heavy chains or whatever. I had a pair of coveralls in mine. They must have been the bullet proof kind! The velcro held awesome, even after mud clogged up the straps, I pressure washed them and they held good on the next trip. Just the stitches ripped out quickly!
