My warn 2.5ci has a gear case that is totaly striped out, and the motor is shot. I am looking for somewhere to buy just the winch, because i already have the contactor and everything else. I wouldnt mind buying one of the exstremes or anything like that either.

 

I have one that came on my outty max it's junk . I sent it in to get repaired first time I used it the gears striped again.Look on EBAY
