Junker,

Was it a true 2" gain in clearance?
Which lift kit did you get?
Does the quad still handle the same?

I would love to see some pictures of the lift kit installed...

Stevie... I don't belive I got a real 2", but very close, I also put 26" tires on so that also helped a little bit. The kit I got came from my Yamaha dealer. It was in a white box so I couldn't tell you a brand but I think it might be "Highlifter" Cause I was going to order the Highlifter kit from "Royal Distibuting" and ended up getting a better price from my local store. The kit I got consisted of 4 brackets that bolt to the top of the shock and the frame to push the shock more sideways and changes the angle of the axle. I was the same set up as the kit from Royal... BTW Royal is a Canadian company easily found online.

My avatar is my bike but I realize you can't really tell to much by looking at that. How do I paste a photo here?

Oh yeah, the handling... I don't think the lift did alot but the widening worked miracles on the understeer @ around 80 Kms. The Lift on the other hand really upped my confidence level as far as clearance for logs and rocks though. And now there isn't to much I won't drive over or through. YAHOO!!!
