Just wondering if anyone knows were you can buy a good atv trailer or kit. By that I mean a heavy duty trailer that could haul up to 1000lbs with heavy duty axles, or even a company where you can order all of the material to build a decent trailer. Does anyone have a picture of a trailer they have made, or possibly even the plans.
P.S. I am looking for a trailer to pull behind my quad, not one for hauling it around.

I don't understand what you mean by "trailer Kit". Wal-Mart has a trailer that looks to be perfect for ATV's.. and you can fold it up when not in use. it's made of Construction Grid which is light weight. I wish I had bought one of these instead of what I have.

Home Depot has trailer kit for like $210. Thats where I got mine. You have to supply the wood for the bed. It will hold 1000 lbs. I have not had a problem with it yet. I have had it a year and put like about 1,500 mi. Went through a lot of muddy parking lots and it holds up.

I just bought(3 weeks ago) a 27 cubic foot trailer from Quality Farm & Fleet that is rated @ 1500 lbs, for around $220. It has a 1"axle and a good frame system. Between moving 20 yards of crushed concrete, and 45 yards of top soil in the last two weeks with it, I can say that I'm impressed so far.

I don't know if those Ultramatics could pull a trailer. I hear they are pretty gutless...

Go to www.s-tmfg.com they offer a trailer called a mountain goat, that has a single axle but tandem wheels. The trailer has numerous add ons and can go just about anywhere. After seeing this type of trailer I'm having a hard time settling for a conventional trailer.

I've seen an ad in the Ontario Agriculture buying
& selling guide. The company is called H. Kuntz Manu. out of ST. Jacobs Ontario 519- 664-2232. I hope this helps. It's Canadain so you don't have to deal with duty of the devalued canadian peso.
They also have a web site www.ezee-roll.com. I have also been looking for a trailer and thought this one would meet my needs.

The H Kuntz (www. ezee-roll.com) site is under
construction. Go figure, typically Canadian.
