Default Rincon right for me?

kford
My 700 is rated at 150 pound tongue weight for trailer hitch and tow 1500 pounds, Rincon? Sportsman have TRUE locked 4 Wheel Drive, Rincon? Not sure where the misunderstanding is....Are you saying it will outdo a true sport quad or outdo a true utility quad? I only said it would do both fairly well...

wow, 150lb tounge weight. am guessing you use that alot. and that locking four wheel drive. sure, i'll give you that and with the several hundred pounds more your quad weighs i am sure you need it.

there's no misunderstanding. i am sure your polaris pulls that trailer and its 1500lbs down the trail in 4lock no problem. and i am sure you do that all the time.

i guess i also missed the part where the 15 year old origional poster asked for a quad that he can tow alot of weight. the reality of it is, none of these quads are likely right for him.

my bad.

Sorry for your misunderstanding, again. No I don't use it at all as I don't pull a trailer. I was just replying to your statements that were unfounded, again, sorry for the misunderstanding... Just stating the facts... He should buy the Rinkon...

In Arizona you need: brake light, headlight, tailight, mirror, lighted license plate bracket, & horn. Also insurance. I think in Cal. they require turn signals also...

Geez prairieven, sometimes you need to realize people think differently than you I can honestly say that I had more "fun" with the Rincon. That's why I bought it over the Prairie.

I'm not too sure who said the Prairie doesn't have "true" 4x4, but that's may not be the case. If I remember correctly, the Prairie has a lever on the bars that allows you to lock the front wheels when needed and then let go to unlock. That would be "true" 4x4, but to get technical, it is only "true" 4x4 when selected. I think that is a fair way to say it as the idea of "true" 4x4 is getting technical, so the Prairie would not have "true" all time 4x4.

POLARIS, Kodiak/Grizzly, & Prairie are the only TRUE 4WD. All Hondas don't, Bombardier, Arctic Cat400 don't...
