Rincon right for me?

Now that depends on your definition of "TRUE" 4x4 Wolfhound. I may be mistaken on this one, as I may have forgotten the setup of a Grizz, but I THINK it has the selectable locking like the Prairie. If that is the case, then you could say that Polaris quads are the only ones that have "TRUE" 4x4. The grizz and prairie would be selectable so they would only be part time. Take that a little further and you could put lockers on a Honda and call it "TRUE". It's all in how you say it .
I was considering putting a locker on my Rincon but I decided against it. I think that the Prairie and Grizz (if I remember correctly) have the correct setup. "TRUE" 4x4 can be an annoyance sometimes, but still is needed others. Being able to select it when you want would be nice. I decided I would rather do without than sacrifice maneuverability while in 4x4.

Very True. But then Polaris is only True when rear wheels slip 1/5 of a turn so it wouldn't be true 4WD under some definitions since it isn't on when you flip the switch but only "on demand" meaning only when really needed(rear wheel slight slip). I wish there was a way to make it on "instantly" so you could rock hop a little easier & use front wheels with engine braking. I know you can "preload" 4WD so it will stay on for descents but not recommended by Polaris...
I meant by "True" 4WD that all 4 wheels will drive, not a limited slip setup . Both types have their place . It is a real bear to handle with front "locked in".
