Congratulations on the new rig, it's the cats meow for sure, thanks for hauling our ugly butts over there, it was most enjoyable having leg room in the back seat, guess what I need now thanks to you. A big thanks to you also for all the picture taking you did and especially the trailer dancing video, you really caught me off guard, eveybody knows how modest I really am hehehe. Great job on blazing the trail in that deep snow at the Funny Rocks, and also for shoveling snow over the 1.5" slab of ice under the snow, even though it didn't help that poor ole DS650 hehehe. I had a blast riding with you and more than anything, it was great just visiting with you again, and last but not least, thanks for the fruity flavored water and Val says glad you enjoyed the breakfast sandwich.

 

This is a normal riding experience when riding with Larry... Our dog still has nightmares...

All I can say is, two sporties totally out of their elment in the mountains with a foot of snow and these utes whining about needing their lockers to make the hill climbs and of course you and I just using our brute strenght and skill to blast up the icy, snow covered hills with our rearends wagging like a happy dogs tail waiting for a treat, kudos to you my friend for your perserverance on those tough spots, which seemed like most of the ride. Thanks for trying to hold the Rappy back as I was sliding down that muddy, icy hill, I just knew it was going into the creek so I was trying to bail and poor Sean seeing it sliding down right towards him, then suddenly it just came to a stop, well, I discovered the teathered kill switch works great, but sorry about your knee, hope it feels better in the next couple of days.

 

Our plan is to leave first thing in the morning on the 30th and return on the 2nd... ride the 31st and the 1st. Yeah!!!!

Oh yeah, we'll be staying at horsfall with BigD and Thumpie...

Great time riding with you, glad you finally got to use those lockers, it was funny watching the handlebars shake like you were in a earthquake, those front wheels were off the ground and just a churning away. What a bummer losing your low gear, sure makes it tougher having just one range, well atleast you still have 4x4 with lockers, but then my two gears worked fine, slow spin and fast spin hahaha. Thanks for sharing the stories of boat racing with us, really enjoyed them, didn't know you drag raced super stock though, must have been quite an experience. I agree with you on the sled conversation, hello, hey you, can you hear me!!!! what's up, is he asleep or just ignoring me? that was funny. We'll get together before the end of the year for that ride.

Bear let me borrow his extra Rino 120 during the Cle Elum run and I am hooked! I am getting a Rino 130 as soon as I pry the credit cards out of my wife's wallet. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

The Rino 120 seemed to do everything. It was very intuitive if you are used to menu driven selections and icons similar to a computer.

Ok well just woke up from a night of racing!! I will have to say my lil man did AWESOME again [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] He got 2nd in his heat & in the main he was in 2nd but the last lap he did an awesome pass on the inside of 1st to take 1st place WHOOHOO that is the 4th race in a row [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] They also had a little contest for decorated quads(Christmas) & we all had our quads in it, well Trevor got 2nd place(2 free movie tickets & a T-shirt) DJ got 3rd(free sub sandwhich/T shirt) & I got 3rd(sandwhich/Tshirt) best placing I had ALL night [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img] so that was fun Santa also came out to so the kids liked that!!
Now for the racing.........................well DJ went out in the 250-350 class & did GREAT HE BEAT #9 [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img] WHOOHOOO she couldn't catch him it was great!! I do believe he took 1st in the heat & A main [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] he had her wound up!!
On the fofiddy he got 3rd in his heat, 1st B main, & 5th A main [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] oh well he rode it good, had trouble w/ the tire pressure.....................it helps when you have A TIRE PRESSURE GAUGE *rolleyes* (we really need this smiley LOL) anyway he started on the 3rd row in the A main & just couldnt' get it too hook up but we are going to try a different setup next time we will take the inside spacers off & GET A TIRE GUAGE!!! This is what he biggest competitor is running & he also turned his inside rim around to get more rubber on the ground so we'll see. BUT they had the points up last night & check this out....................................he's in 2nd on the 450 [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] & 4th on the 300[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img] so last night should of helped him on the 300 @ least!! It's funny cuz he's battling points w/ the same kid he was last year on the blaster!! so next weekend is a double points night & the last one for points so we need to get the tire pressure right for him!!!!
Now as for me.............................HAHAHA I don't know who I'm trying to kid I just can't run w/ the 17 yr old girls man it SUCKS to get old LOL [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] I went out & got 4th in my heat & 4th in my main [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img] oh did I say there was only 4 in the class [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] OH WELL I still had fun, I think I maybe would of done a little better on my quad but it probably woudn't of had the HP since I was running w/ a 440,450,250R I just need more seat time.........................speaking of seats damn my poor hip felt like it was popped out, just not used to it I guess. I had fun but I will say I have more fun spectating, it's ALOT easier LOL I do like that fofiddy though don't get me wrong!!

I wouldn't mind heading down to the dunes for a ride, but I guess you need a grab bar to mount the flag, oops, I did learn a valuable lesson though, don't strap the rappy down by the stock grab bar, after a couple years it will eventually snap off, Val guess what I want (need) for Christmas [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] It sounds like you'll have great company down there, nows the time to test out that new swingarm, yee haw!!!
