Default Puget Sound/Seattle NW Area Riders Meet HERE!!!

I purchased a Garming hand held about 10 years ago for my boat... quit working six months ago... But, for trailing-edge technology, it was darn good.

I bought Mrs. Toyz a Garmin GPS Map 76S last year... Off the top of my head, it has all sorts of maps available for it. But, for the most part I liked the Garmin hand helds because the menues are intuitive and easy to scroll through. The features I like the most are the tracking features and road-map with the steering arrow. I've found that most of the units available now have the features I like. The maps are cool and fun to play with, but for the most part, I don't use that feature. I just use the track-log and way-points. Though, interfacing them with a computer and imposing the way-points over a map to identify where a trail is would be nice (take some work too).

My only advice would be to get somehting that fits into your pocket nicely.

Hey BigD,

I wouldn't mind heading down to the dunes for a ride, but I guess you need a grab bar to mount the flag, oops, I did learn a valuable lesson though, don't strap the rappy down by the stock grab bar, after a couple years it will eventually snap off, Val guess what I want (need) for Christmas It sounds like you'll have great company down there, nows the time to test out that new swingarm, yee haw!!!
Just throw it out the window on your way to Canada this coming week (at about Stanwood). I'll weld-er up and fling it at ya on your way back home...

No excuses pal!!!

I'll trade you a copy of the Trailer Dancing Video for the grab bar, even though I feel you're getting the better end of the deal

Well, I wasn't going to say anything about it but Sean was carrying the grab bar on his Foreman, strapped down next to his shovel, he hit a jump on the ride downhill, went sideways in the air coming down hard but not crashing, needless to say the grab bar wasn't there when he got to the parking lot, the only thing I'll miss is the sweet little quick disconnect flag mount, oh well, he was actually gonna mount the snapped grab bar as a DOH!!! plaque.

Maybe so, but not in a snow covered staging area in 40 degree weather
