Wide Open Sports Arena has practice during the week too, I'll have to check them out. I have a friend who lives in Arlington, I may get up there and give it a try

FyreFyter72,
I also would like to practice some jumps and stuff on a track. I don't live that far from you, maybe we can go sometime. I wouldn't mind trying RMC or any track really. Talk to you later.

That would be cool, I'm always up to ride. Send me a private message, maybe we can hook up and head to RMC

I installed the Pro Design kill switch on my raptor, I'll show you the installation Saturday, takes about 15 minutes. I hook the tether to a key ring that's attached to my chest protector. These are two very valuable items I've found worth investing in, no matter where you ride.
What's a good size chain saw for use on the trail, bar size and cc's, 14/36, 16/40, 18/45? And do you know any brands to stay away from or to invest in? I'm setting up the quad to carry chain saw and polaski, so I don't want overkill with size, but also don't want to be underpowered either.

Thanks for all your help

Larry

I expect you at the next pizza feed, January 10th, set that date aside and bring your wife and daughter. You missed out on some good pizza, plus it gives the non-riding spouses a chance to meet all the people we ride with.

Kevin,
He just wanted more people so there would be one more pizza for him to suck on

As far as brands of saws. You cant go wrong with a Stihl but you will find them to be a little more $$$$.

Hear ya on the Stihl, the best in the business, but extremely pricey. Really just want one for the trails, cutting roots and such, maybe alittle firewood in the future, but mostly for the trails. So it has to be durable, but small and lightweight enough to carry on the raptor.

And you're right about the pizza, more people = more pizza for me to suck down. I think next time I'll have alittle salad for a starter. Of course it won't cut down on the amount of pizza I consume hehe.
