The billet is nice to look at, but it doesn't make you any faster, besides you gotta polish it. I've heard the GYTR slip on before, sounds awsome, real nice deep bark to it. I had the dyno jets in when I first got my setup, really liked them, but just out of couriosity changed to GYTR kit, don't really know if their any better, but it was good experience to tear the carbs apart and replace everything.
You might want to try out a 42 rear with the 12 front, I did notice when I went to 22's, lost alittle grunt even with the 12, haven't tried the 42 in the dirt yet. Saturday or Sunday, but in the street it's an awsome setup.
What jetting specs did you end up with? I'm starting out with 165/170 with the new airbox modification, but can go up to 170/175 with what I have in the toolbox. Will be playing around with it this weekend, maybe we'll see you at the Rock.
Take care

I waited a year before purchasing my full system, you will notice a big difference, but like Bing said, get good use of your stock pipe then go aftermarket, you will appreciate the new pipe more at that point.

I used the specs on the box as a starting point, DJ144/146, 4th clip, 3 turns. I didnt notice any huge flaws on the 1st ride. It felt fine,,,,maybe a hair rich on the bottom end.

sounds like fun i should be there.... doubt if my quad will be polished up for a show, but i figure enough people will want to look & ask anyways.

Pipe, jets, airbox and sprockets are the only performance mods I have made, the rest is all for looks and safety. I think I have my wife convinced of the Craycraft 686, 12.1, stage II, valves, port and polish, the whole ball of wax. Of course, that intales race fuel, alittle more expense and also a new swingarm, +4".
Hopefully all of this will come together spring, before summer riding.

I am still a go for sunday.
Larry, have you removed your e-brake yet,,,,,I have all the parts but Im not sure if I will screw myself because of the electronics involved (I think I need to ground a green wire or something).
I may just save the handlebars and e-brake for after sunday.
Anyhow,,,,sunday is a go for sure (heck we may even just camp tommorrow night somewhere and toast to the fresh rain drops as we do a raindance
Techtip says hes in,,,,who else????? Bighonda? Happarap? NWCutie? Nickli? (come on roberta)? Bill?

We are going to Rock Candy on Sunday around 10:30. We were thinking about bringing the grill and some burgers. Anyone interested? We will bring the burgers, just let us know so we know how many to bring.
