He got his blaster looking pretty good too, he did it all by himself, good kid!

I'm one step closer to riding again. My dad and I worked Saturday to put the Vinson back together with reinforced footwells (galvinized steel under the plastic) and put new connectors on all of the plastic (replaced most of the plastic connectors will well plugs and screws). My front frame came last week, but I didn't get it back together. The front grille was more broken than anticipated, so I had to order a new one, and need to wait for that to finish the job. Also, my brother blew me off this weekend with my new Warn bumper. He pledges to bring it next week. One more weekend and I should up and running.

I also bought a new helmet from Rockymoutainatvmc.com. It was a great deal, 1/2 off online from the catalog price. My last one dissapeared after a recent outing (I think I left it on the tailgate and it bounced down the road). The real pisser of the deal is that I was only about a mile from home, where we were riding. I just got in too much of a hurry to put the quad away and get home. I go all over the state riding and have not problems. A mile down the road and I lose a helmet.

 

Gots me a fresh tune up from the back doc, I'm ready to do nothing at all. gotta run to the big city and pick sompin up for lil buddy!

What's even better, I'm sitting home this morning and would have been more that happy to come and help ya out.
