Default Puget Sound/Seattle NW Area Riders Meet HERE!!!

Good mornin' everyone.

Ray, what do you mean it's too early? The mornings almost half over.

Kym, I can tell Spring breaks over, otherwise you wouldn't be up and posting this early. lol

I'm all paddled up. Picking up the 37t sprocket for my 450 fromJoel's truck today along with a pair of Banshee front shock for the Blaster. The guy on the Yamaha thread who said a 400ex shock will work on a Blaster with "a Little" mods is crazy! Try new custom bushings and shims, different bolts, turn the shock around backwards. Forget it! I don't have the time.

Kym, I've been meaning to tell you. Divorced Barbie has all of Ken's stuff too!

Does anyone know what would be good to use to remove the stains. I tried just normal soap and water, but no luck. I don't want to try something harder that might ruin the plastic. Let me know what you guys & gals think.
I like to mix Simple Green 50/50 with water. It seems to clean real good and leaves it nice and shiney.

Morning all... I mentioned on the ride Saturday that it felt just like I had never stopped riding 13 years ago... well, one thing has changed. I woke up Sunday morning and every muscle in my body was screaming bloody murder. Like Larry, I was a bit in the doghouse (should have been home at 4pm)... but it took more than just dishes to get me out. Ended up washing all the vehicles yesterday and cleaned out the garage. All is good now

The ride Saturday was amazing. I enjoyed every aspect of it, from the trail riding, to the roads and even the occasional downed tree. The preddy exceeded my expectations. I'm glad I took the extra time to do my homework on all the quads. It turned out to be a perfect ride for me. It was great meeting the group. I can't imagine ever meeting a better bunch of people. Thanks for the ride and I hope to ride with you guys again soon.

Rod, I usually don't get up til 6:30 unless I am going riding, and that is ok But to get up early for work just sucks.

I was too busy sleeping or cleaning to post earlier. I wasn't in the doghouse, but darn close. It was well worth it for the trip. The afternoon ride was a very good one, nice trails and some road riding. The rest missed it, but Sean and I had a nice ride over to Porter Creek and back. It felt good to open it up for a bit. But, I still like the trails the best. I heard from the WA ATV Assn folks and they did trail maintenance on North Rim #1 from Rock Candy back to Waddell. So, they did not take the northern route. It sounds like they plan to go back and do some more maintenance to take care of the motorcycle ruts in a few places. I'll follow-up to them with more specifics on the locations of the downed trees. If they don't get to it, perhaps PSAR could schedule a trail maintenance day to clear the trees. I'll volunteer to bring a chainsaw and some other tools.

Thanks to HappaTrailBoss for taking the lead. He made up for the morning delays by good trailbossing in the afternoon. There was mention in the forum earlier of another all day trail ride at Capitol Forest. I'd be up for one in May.

I bought a 2 gallon yard sprayer from Freddy's. Mix 50/50 with simple green. Hose the machines off with the garden hose, spray them down with simple green... wait a few minutes... rinse. It also works good for under the hood of the truck too... Keep's 'er clean. Minty fresh too .

I still gotta get sand tires... I'll order those tonight.

I'd like to go to the TT race at Castle Rock May 27th... That's Memorial Day weekend as well, so traffic will be heavy, I might take the day off 'cause that's a Friday. We'll see who's planning on going.

I have a feeling, we'll be going , it seems Happarap has an itch now..... I see $$$ in my future
(going out, not coming in)....

All I heard about all night is what he would have to do to transition the Rappy, then he would try to explain the "why's" he should and shouldn't. It was a a hoot to witness it all. I told him I back him on whatever floats his boat, I just want to make sure his insurance is up to date

Hollywood, do what my wife did before she let me buy my quad: up his life insurance! I'd show to see HappaRacer hit the track.
