Anyone riding anywhere local in the south end this weekend? The wife and I had a beautiful day at Waddell Creek today. Rode the middle loop and only saw other people in the parking lot. The sun shone, the wind didn't blow and it was T-shirt weather.

I do believe that is on the books for May 20th & 21st. I haven't spoken to Jim for a while, but that was the last dates given.

A few weeks ago, Jim brought up an Easton trip. I didnt here one comment about it. Whats up with that?
Mark, if you DO happend to talk to Bud, try to find out if theres a lot of snow on the higher trails yet. Easton is a great trip because with the price of fuel these days, some of us can do over and back and still have a bit of fuel left over without having to buy any.
Besides that, group trips (campouts) are just as much fun as group rides to me. Sitting around camp BS'ing beats yard work any day.

As of last weekend ( 16-17th ) there was only 2-3 inches of snow on the top of the mountains in places but all riding areas are open and ridable...I would estimate 95% of the snow is gone but there is A LOT of water running in the various creeks and rivers, LOTS of mud!!
