Sounds like Sand Lake was a real zoo............
My neighbors got lucky and met some nice folks that let them squeeze in their motorhome by them. Ended up riding with them folks for the weekend.
Funny how you can meet other Quadcycle riders and they are usally very hospitable and friendly[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

They were way in the back area off some other road, they said it wasn't to bad back there, but a zoo for sure.

i've been taking a break. my last race was the june OMRA race... my next one is 9-11 at goldendale, then 9/18 at washougal(i'm really excited about this one!)
meanwhile....i went to TX to see family for 3 weeks in June & took a trip to idaho to watch some drag races 2 weeks ago. my niece races a 71 pontiac lemans in NHRA sportsman class (14 seconds & slower in the 1/4) with the curent setup it runs 14.00 -14.30... and that's with a throttle stop, fully opened, we think it'll do mid 12's, and maybe high 11's.

 

speaking of washougal.... i was hoping i could convince some of y'all to go to the OMRA event there?? ... or maybe the WORCS event next month in goldendale???

TP, OFC? since y'all bailed out on me for the team race earlier in the year to go to the dunes... why not try another race now? c'mon y'all ain't chicken are ya?
