yeah everything is posted here but you gotta check everyday things can move fast here. If you miss a day or two you have to read several pages to catch up. It depends on what kind of mood the chatty kathys are in. And it is the men that chat it up NOT THE WOMEN. This summer it is mostly camping trips that everyone is going on. I think that there is an Easton trip the 10 11 and 12 of june . So if you want to find out about that and who is all going then jsut ask. There are trips to Oregon and Moses and I think Idaho. Maybe some time in there we can have a potluck on a weekend that people aren't camping or racing. Oh yeah the racing. Bill has a complete schedule of all kinds of racing if you are interested in that. those that don't go camping go racing. But maybe a potluck at the end of July or middlle of August is in order. Guys what do you think?
bbbtats, that sounds great. I'll just have to settle for watching the racing, my racing days are pretty much over, I just like to putt and have a good time riding The camping sounds like fun, what is the riding like in Easton?

RealtorRider, thanks for the welcome! The wife and I would love to come to the
Easton gathering. Is the 24th of June a firm date?

I'm not sure what the riding is like in Easton. I am also new to the riding stuff (only 1 year). I have been to Moses, Beverly, and 15 minutes into Juniper. I'm hoping to go to Sand Lake for this years anniversary. If you are into chatting and not the forums we all go to msn chat there is a link on Realtorrider's signature. You just need to come onto the forum and say "hey i'm in chat " and people will join you in there. Just a friendly FYI.

Hey thanks! I'll try that out. I'll have to download the software and as I'm on dial up out here in the sticks it might take a while.

I'm pretty sure it's firm, Nick seems to be our camping coordinator this month and he has a number of reservations for the silver ridge ranch, (that's where we ride out of) I don't know if any of those spots are available, but I think there are additional spots avail from the ranch. I'm sure Nick will post soon and let you know

Easton is a blast and seems to have become one of our favorite spots

although I said I'd be there for a day trip, I'm bringing a tent just in case!

National Trails Day went well yesterday. There were a few ATVers, some hikers, a mountain biker and a horse rider. Funny, the DNR sent 3 of us with ATVs to go clean up horse trails. After riding a few miles on the horse trails, there is a reason why you would not want to ride them. They are narrow and steep. We cleaned up huge, dead cedar tree that had fallen across the trail. This thing must have been 4 feet in diameter. We cut it in sections with a chain saw and then tried to pull it out of the way. We pulled it a bit, but its front end would dig in the ground and we ended up just digging ruts under the ATV tires. We got it moved far enough that we could roll the big section off the main trail. I hope that the horseback riders will remember who was cleaning up the mess on their trails, the next time they cuss at a quad.

Speaking of trails, has anyone ridden Northrim #1, west out of Rock Candy lately? I talked with the rangers and some other riders and they were not aware of trees blocking the trails. Have they been cleaned up? If not let me know and I'll send a note to DNR.

Bill, either day will work for me. The wife is working the 11th, but I am free either day.

Good mornin' PSAR.

Looks like a good day to hit Walker, see you in a couple hours Joel & Josh.

Oh, by the way Joel. Cindy says that now that you have a baby on the way, you have to ride more carefully. ie. Slower. She says you have to think about providing for your new son/daughter so you can't get hurt.
1st off I 2nd the motion of JOEL being careful...Jolene and NEW baby need YOU.......... OK now here's my joke

todays ride was awsome, i think we covered 20 miles of walker trails and man i am sore. i got to test my bumper again when i rolled my quad 6 times down a hill, the bumper grazed a tree and didnt even have a scratch. we went to winch it back up the hill and the 50' winch cable of dazeys was about 10 feet shy of my quad. no real damage just a bent front fender mount. i now am going to carry real sockets and wrenches not that stock ****, i spit my chain off and my stock so called socket wouldnt loosen all the bolts. we were able to finesse the chain back on but i think it might be time for a new one, i might have bent one of the links.
