Welcome to the thread, you'll enjoy riding with this bunch of goofballs. Easton is easy, mostly roads, some powerlines, trails and hillclimbs, nothing tough except for a couple of hillclimbs. There's a spray hose for washing off the quad, showers, cafe, and gas station. It's one of our favorite places to camp and ride in this area.

Well I'm sure glad you are ok. I hope you weren't on it when it rolled. I'm still waiting for RG to put the pic of you towing Brandon's bike. Glad to hear that you had fun.

Hey all, I'm new to the forum and see you guys talking about riding at walker valley. I live right off the powerlines on Lake Cavanaugh road about a mile up from the turn off on Hwy 9. I sure would like to meet up and ride with you all some time as I ride by myself most of the time. I just got a new 05 660R and would love to find other places to ride than just the powerlines and Walker Valley. I used to go to the Dunes a lot back in the late 80's early 90's untill I started racing Sprint Cars at Skagit Speedway then I sold all my Quads and other toys and raced for 12 years. Now I'm retired from racin and getting back into Quads again. My wife likes to ride as well and I got her a 250 EX but the trails at walker are not for her. We would like to get to know some other people that are into ATVin and go ride some of the other areas.
Happy Trails!
Randy
Hey, welcome. Skagit speedway, what car/class was ya? I was a die hard fan mid to late 90's. I got a quad in '97 and by sprint car enthusiasm tapered off, but still do a couple a year.

Anyway you should posted a little sooner you could have met us at Walker today, maybe next time.

Tractor Packer, I raced the Sportsman Sprint Class in the # 27 car from 92 to 97 then again from 01 to 03
You guys must be hard core, I took one look at the weather this morning and knew it was a lay on the couch and watch a race day

Thanks all for the warm welcome I look forward to meeting you and doing some riding. Easton sounds like fun, I love climbing hills.

First off, RaptorRandy welcome to this thread. I remember watching you race. I used to go to the races all the time. Steve Kirstien is a friend of mine and Fred Brownfield's daughter Shelby, is a good friend of my son's. My wife and I were at her wedding to P[aul.

Now, like Josh I amd sore and tired. Unlike Josh I did not throw my quad into a gulley. Luckily it was soft dirt and rotten logs! LOL

Lots of fun and challenging trails at Walker today. I have never ridden trails like that before. Have to try it again when it's not raining so hard.

I think I'll take a hot tub and go to bed early tonight.
