I started tearing the carb down yesterday then when DJ got home from school he finished it, there were screws just laying in the bottom of the carb & chit like that NO wonder it didn't want to run LOL, so it's back on the trail w/ her new shoes [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] YIPPEEEE
NOw knock on wood BOTH of my quads are back up & runinng LOL, gotta do an oil change on the 300 before I ride man the oil is dirty on it [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]



SO IS ANYONE INTERESTED IN GOING TO THE ATV JAMBOREE JULY 18-23 IN WALLACE IDAHO?????????????????????????????????? We WILL be attending again this year, this is year # 5 for us, we are only going for the weekend really, we will leave here Thurs. the 21st & come back Mon. the 25th it's a GREAT time/place to meet new folks & TONS & TONS of beautiful riding [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

I think a trip to the races would make a great Father's Day present [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] I do have a couple more questions though... Is a tether switch required? And what protective equipment is required? I got everything but a chest protector and "official" riding boots. I've just been using my steel toe's.

Not too bad you can find them cheaper [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] remember it is a 2 stroke so it's gonna need ALOT more maintenance than a 4 stroke [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] blasters are fun lil quads, thats what i started racing on!!
I would keep looking for a little bit, heck we paid $500 for the racer & $400 for the trail on, granted they weren't running but I think you can find on a little cheaper or maybe they'd go down on price, it would be better to get an 03' or NEWER due to the fact the older ones have CRAPPY brakes [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] you should know that from hearing me biotch about ours LOL [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

I was thinkin bout getting Jenna a 400 and giving Alida the 250, but it all comes down to $$$$$. The 250 was $4300 out the door. It would not make sense to buy another 250, as Jenna is getting bigger and is already ready for a bigger one. She wants more power.

Anyway, I know to turn onto Sauk Prairie Rd. but where do I go from there? Thinking of coming up this weekend for a day ride.

You want directions from DM?! I don't know about that last time i went up there she gave us directions and she got us lost. LOL Try turning around with three vehicles with trailers in a tight spot. Not fun. LMAO

You are correct about the Sauk Prairie Rd, just follow that road for quiet some time. You will come to a T take a left. Follow that road basically until it turns into gravel. Then at the first Y go right. Just follow the river it will be on your left. Stay on this road and you will come to the campground. Not sure on where she always camps but you can drive all through the campground if you have a trailer on.
