Good Morning PSAR

Today is my first day of vacation, but because my customers didn't get their product Friday and there was no scheduled delivery today for them and their product is sitting in a truck in Vancouver, a trailer was reloaded with what they need and I'm off to Portland this morning to make them happy.

Have you ever heard of NMF and NMP? That's "Not My Fault" and "Not My Problem". I wouldn't do it.
The difference between a GOOD employee, and .......
Don't forget the other ever popular one, NMJ.......... Not My Job!
I thought that was NMFJ!

Jobs are easy to find, besides if your employer will do you out of your vacation over something not your fault. Then I don't wanna work for him. A good employee is valuable, but it's should be a two way street and that mean the employer takes care of his employees. I've been on both sides of the fence and I had next to zero employee problems, I choose well when hiring, I was fair and I didn't blame them if the job didn't get done because of my error or something not their fault. But everyone was responsibile for what they did or didn't do if they were suppose to do it. I would not tolerate an employer that didn't treat me that way also. Like I said, jobs are easy to find.

You still plan on heading South to play in the Sand the last week of August????????
I do not think so, too many other things to deal with. We are also going to Beverly this weekend and not Moses. The Dr. told us Jenna should wait another 10 days before she starts trying to break it again. Beverly is much more smoother than Moses. She will also have the drag strip to open it up on and beat Dad, I mean break it in.

Happa, are you still thinkin bout Beverly on Sunday or what. Let me know, maybe we can turn it into a PSAR break-in weekend.

We will be goin to Moses the following weekend, Friday til Tuesday or so. Can't really afford a trip to Florence right now.

So now I'll save it for the October Florence trip

Have fun this weekend
We have the last race at Pacific Raceway on Sunday, no practice on Saturday though.

What the idea of sneaking the LT160 for sale in your sig, hehehe???????
PM me the details baby, I have a few other opportunities right now, but would definately be interested in it

Man, I really would have scarfed up those 2 Honda 250ex's and trailer I posted about if I hadn't just bought one. That is really a killer deal on those 2 and the trailer..........

I doubt Happa is gettin hosed out of vacation. I also bet he said he would go before they asked. I know what it means to make a customer happy, not just a thankless boss. I haul equipment for a couple little companies, through my company. I bust my **** helping them out. I know that if something happened they would hire me tommorrow if I needed a job. I am sure that it is that sort of thing that got him out of bed this morning. It wasn't cuz he "had" to.

TP, get off the little soapbox now!

And there isn't another employee in the place or even the boss to handle this?

Cause that's the kinda guys he is
It's to bad he's gotta do it, but he's taking care of his customers, keeping them happy, that's what good business is all about.
Just show's what kinda guy he is
To bad he's gotta mess up a day of vacation, but it's just a day back in the bank to use later.
Thank you, you know me very well

Next time any of you have a part coming in from a vendor and you need it in order to repair and ride your quad with everybody else, think about how it arrives. That goes for anybody working the service side of business, good service gets you what you want and need, nothing wrong with going above and beyond the call of duty in whatever you're doing
