Also, somebody is feeding the media BS also. Saw it on the news tonight. <u>Somebody told them that people are already refusing to pull over for the tribal cops.</u> According to Brett, none of the officers have had that happen yet. So, this means that somebody is just trying to add fuel to the fire, obviously trying to get folks to not pull over.
That would be a bad move though, because they would just notify State, and if a Trooper caught up with them and pulled 'em over they would go to jail for felony elluding. This has happen before. Whoever is feeding that info to the media could definately get some folks in trouble.
Why don't they just let the courts handle it since it appears to be headed that way.........

I know one guy that decided he wouldn't stop on the res and as it turned out a big no-no as it was a Stater after him. He was lucky though, the guy with him knew the Stater, so he only got the speeding one.
