I am very sorry for your loss on the truck. I'll say a prayer for the insurance company to total it. The feeling of being violated by such an experience is diffiult to get over. But, you have each other and great friends to provide support. Besides, you can always ride the 700 to work, right??? Or maybe not. Hopefully you find a replacement quickly and can get all of this behind you. Please know that we are all pulling for you and will back you up 100%.

Well, as I've been the victim of numerous thefts, as some of you also have [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]
I've been pretty torked about poor Val and Larry's situation, still want to strangle the MFer's[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

I only bring this up, because of their good attitude and Val being able to keep a sense of humor through this crappy time for them. It really sucks when you work your rear end off and are able to reward yourself, only to have some idiot numbskulls violate you.
They said it best though, material things are one thing, but great friends and family are what lifes about. Even though their trust and happiness was shattered, and they were emotionally crushed when they saw the truck, they remembered the really important things in life, friends and family..........

I come back to work and get humbled and a dose of others troubles that are worse than mine.
We've had 2 deaths, and one house burn (luckily nobody hurt except 2 cats). One homicide, a domestic violence situation (on Ch 4 news tonight).
The other, a very nice lady we have seen and been transporting to the hospital for about a year, lost a lengthy battle with a bad illness. She was a great lady.
Just puts life back into perspective for me.
Sometimes my problems could be worse, and pale in comparison to others.
I'm sure there are some fancy sayings and catch phrases, but I think you know what I mean.

I second Val and Larry's thoughts on this great bunch of people and the support/help we give each other in time of need, whether it's something little or big, whether it thoughts and prayers, or just a part for your quad [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Thanks to all for the encourging words on our situation, the truck has been transfered to a wrecking yard in Graham for the adjuster to have a look at it along with his mechanical team. Maybe the price of the wheels and tires will help them decide to total it, $3,300.00, man that's some serious dough. We might know tomorrow, monday for sure whether it's fixed or not.

 

Good morning PSAR! Looks like I'm finally the "early bird" for once in a long while.

Happy Late Birthday TP! I turned you some good laps last night at practice AT Skagit Speedway. I do honestly believe that I was the fastest quadcycle pilot up there until Dirtmomma's nephew Justin showed up, damn that kid is fast! Some shmuck rednecks from Darrington were claiming thay had the fastest mo-chine up there (a Pred on stock tires and ride height). They got schooled by a phat guy on a yammi, and a kid on an old school 250R[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]. Justin and I did the PSAR proud!

Wingdude, I checked my messages late last night, I didn't figure I could help out at 9:30, seems how you were at the Barn when u called me.
