I have a question for you guys and i'm hoping one of you can answer it. When i pull my trailer i keep blowing a fuse and i'm not sure why. On saturday when i pulled it down to Capitol Forest everything worked, brake lights, turn signals, running lights. When i left there i didn't have any running lights, but everything else worked. When i got to Renton i forgot about it and went to a haunted house, when i should of went home because my running lights weren't working. When i left Renton at 10, i of course remembered. I pulled over on the on ramp and popped my hood and started pulling fuses for the trailer. The ones that i checked weren't blown but the one that i couldn't get to was blown. Yesterday i pulled it with some niddle nose pliers and sure enough it was blown. Acouple other people have borrowered my trailer and they have never said anything about fuses being blown so i'm assuming that its my truck. Is it getting blown because its to small of a amp? Right now it has a 15 amp in it, should i go up to 20? This is the second time this has happened too.

If it was me I would just stick a 20 amp fuse in it. If that blows then I would suspect you had a problem. But if others have used the trailer without trouble, then I suspect the fuse is just on the small size.

I have a short term fix. The tire shop put a boot patch and an innertube in the tire. That should get me through the weekend just fine. For the longer term I found two sources for a full set of Mud Lite ATs for $210, including shipping. Now that I have time, I'll do some more research before getting new tires.

Thanks for the help and advice.

I'd try these guys for tires too KG Motorcycle Tires. They had good prices when I bought my last set of wheels and tires.
How long did it take to get your tires?
I'm a cheap b'stard so it was standard ground shipping. You could request quicker shipping... Call 'em to find out the details.
Thanks for the lead. They have great prices. With you recommendation I'll definitely go through them. I'm amazed that online prices are almost half that of stores around here. It's $100 a set less than Rockymountainatv.

I purchased my first quads a few months ago for my wife and I. We've pretty much only ridden at Tahuya. We did take a drive down to Sand Lake though. We had to try out the sand. I just wanted to post and say hi. Maybe we can ride sometime with you guys/gals.
Welcome to the thread Josh, let us know when you want to to riding, be sure and check the thread daily for updates.
