When it was all said and done, a button was cockes sideways, under the cup. That valve was staying open, causing a backfire in the carb. I am so lucky I caught it, the valve keeper was closer to out then in. It was so close to droppin the valve.

Wow, glad you caught it too! But I do have one question... whacha been doin' to that mocheeen for it to have this kinda issue???? Stock mocheeens don't tend to have these kinda problems... hmmm.

Yes, valve adjusting on the 450r is a pain in the azz.
Joel and I did it to mine. I may have to adjust the valves again next spring!
