1. As Q4F had mentioned earlier, a PSAR Christmas Party, I prefer a Saturday afternoon/evening.

2. New Years at the Dunes... Horsfall. Would like to see who's interested. There was a discussion at Florence and there is some level of interest.

3. Winter ride at Moses in January... plan campin'/ridin' in the snow...
I agree with #1 & 3.

But #2 sure SUCKS
I will be working in Oakland on New Years. That date does not work for me in any way, shape or form!!!!!!!

I'm interested in going. Saturdays are best for me.
Not this weekend, but, maybe the following Saturday, I'll let you know
I would like to ride Shelton. I have never ridden there before, so count me in. Now hard are the trails there?? Would it be a good place for Jenna to take the Preddy for her first trail ride?? I know Alida would like to come if she is not working(She got a job at Sears)

Yes, Shelton Fairgrounds will be remaining open too. The Port Commission in their zeal to close the staging area had it surveyed so they could fence it off. Gee, come to find out the don't own that property. To bad, so sad, that the morons screwed up. Anytime any one wants to ride the Fairgrounds, I know the trails very well and will show you around. I hear the water traps are full and the mud is slick. I much prefer the Fairgrounds over Tahuya.

I am still working on getting the Forest Service to at least open the non-maintained roads to us riding them in the Olympic National Forest (where one goes the others will follow), have a meeting the 9th with the Forest Service about it.

Nothing hard at Shelton, nothing like Rock Candy or Tahuya, pretty flat, some whoops, a few hill climbs. I just don't know the area, so we would have to get somebody that knows the in's and out's of the area to show us around.

Sounds like you'll be the Trail Boss for the Shelton Ride, within the next couple of weeks I would hope.

I know where some mud holes and rutted trails are the the average guy won't make with 2 wheel drive and for some 4X4s will find it difficult. There has also been some logging going on and those turkeys just plain destroy trails or drop trees across them. Maybe we can get Larry stuck again.
