Works only offered 20% off of retail after I complained to them I worked at a shop. I ended up going thru Parts Unlimited distributing. I can get u a set thru them in roughly 5-6 days. The only warehouse to stock them was Wisconsin. Gonna be 5 1/2 bennies and the tax.

I'm leaving out for practice around 11:30-12:00. The track opens at 1:00, so Brandon and I will be at RMC this afternoon. We will have his new 80 and the lil hardtail fiddy with us.

As you all know, I'm lacking in the above, but trying to learn [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

Ashley's LT80 is running good at higher RPMs, mid to top range.
But it bogs down and almost dies at the bottom when you let off the throttle, like it's running out of fuel or something.
It's also very sluggish when giving it throttle, poor holeshot until RPMs get up.

I've tried adjusting the idle, we adjusted the fuel/air mixture. It seems to run good.

Needle clip is at the top, I believe it has a 120 main jet in, I also have a 122 and 125 main available.

Anyway, just trying to pick some brains in my never ending quest to gain knowledge...

I got a question, for everyone. My nephew has a kx65 and he wants to start racing. He has only had the motorcycle for almost a yr. I am the only one that actually has acreage for him to ride. I don't plan on putting a track in, as i don't have that much room. Does anybody know of a "beginner" track is for him to start practicing on to see if he really likes it? I looked up motorcross track in washington and it really didn't pull anything up.

 

You can ride down on the trailer, I'll bring a tent for you to sleep in, you can cook our meals (never mind on the cooking thing) and you can come with us!
