How wide is "Too Wide" for a duner, taking tree shots in account?

 

isnt it called supper in Texas?

 

If, on your way up the tree shoot, you realize you won't fit between the trees, then that's too wide!

I have found on my 700R that I wouldn't want it much wider than it is stock width, with the Sand tires and wheels on it for tree shots. I find myself rubbing the front wheels on the trees trying to stay on the trail sometimes when I'm down at the bottom of the treeshots.
