Maybe now I can peak in the box that's been sitting in the living room for 3 days brought by the brown truck
Thanks for the kind words PSAR Brothers and Sisters
For those that missed the rest of the adventure:
North Rim #1 was impassable 1/4 mile past our spilt up spot, the trail is totally wiped out, it has to rebuilt
We rode the logging roads to Porter Creek Campground, where we picked up the North Rim #1 then connected to Molly Porter #3.
Rode that trail to the back side of Larch Mountain, once again, downed trees were our downfall with no way around them, (we had already skirted around 3 or 4 downed trees, no easy task by any means), decided to take a very scary ride off the trail straight down to the logging road below, not recommended for the fant of heart.
Rode the logging roads and finally found our way to C-4000 which got us in the right direction back to the staging area.

Afternoon' PSAR,
Well Julie & I now own a pretty decent old Truck camper It's a 1985 Western Wilderness 10.5' fully self contained and every thing works. It also has a solar panel to charge the house batts for dry camping
So now when we go to the Dunes we won't have to Motel it any more and we will have our own place to hang if it turns nasty

I have that same model.......
I've decided to put my airbox back on, the Rappy doesn't like sucking up water, it was sputtering 1/3 throttle for the first hour of the ride. It's officially a mountain trail quad and needs to setup for severe conditions. Guess it's time for a trip up to Walker Valley, right Jayna
I see the goverment gave the green light to sell the "Smart Car" in the states, I've seen these in Canada, 8' long, 45 mpg, wouldn't want to get in a rearender, ouch!!!
