We have an issue with the "payroll department" thinking they can arbitraily make up what they think they can pay. and since me and the "payroll department" are not on good terms and the "payrool department" refuses to enstate a 800 a month raise... It was left off last month and promised to be issued as an additional check to the full salary amount this month.. no biggy. BUT when whats promised is not held up I am not happy.. and when i am not happy bad things can happen. or If terms arent reached tomorrow AM. I will be unemployed becasue I have had enough of the company BULLCHIT and they will figure out what its like without me around.. maybe a lil termination virus will spread..
