Bill, I haven't finalized a ride location yet. But Simpson Timber just closed all thier land to "all" recreation uses due to the fire hazzard and will detain you and/or call the cops. So a bunch of dirt is now off limts including my local ride area and Shelton Fairgrounds. I am either stuck with Waddell or Rock Candy at this point, but am waiting for suggestions from a couple of others that might ride.

I have a ton of time to burn I may be in for a day ride. I am up for almost anywhere. If your looking for input unfortunately I only know the places I always ride. Bear if you haven't been to Elbe Hills and are up for a little challenge we could go up there. I know the place like the back of my hand and everybody travels at your speed on the upper loop they have no other choice [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] (no offense intended)

I've been to Elbe once and I'm too old and fat to work that hard for a ride anymore. Saying I'm slow now, can not hurt my feelings. I have been very,very fast in my life in several different modes of transportation and now slow works just fine for this old, fat guy just fine. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

so, you wouldnt strap yourself to a turbine at your ripe age?
