Wild.. what do you wanna do with it? The LT is not set up for trails. you will never keep up with rancher on it.

agreed,,,,the ltr is a MX specific machine

if you cant get the job done with the raptor,,,,the ltr wont help

I was looking at trying to start racing. I would definatley have to talk to Sean, Josh, and Billy about that. MX has been something that I have been wanting to do forever. And now I might have an oppertunity to have the time and money to do that. I have no problem keeping up with Rancher. I just need to keep up with Jayna. If I could keep up with Jayna then I will be good to go!
HA! Get you on the same quad and you will smoke me, no doubt!
Yes, they(several manufacturer's, but Yoshimura is the one I would o with) make the LTR version of the powercommander. Unless I am mistaken, the Powercommander is the interface for the EFI to change your maps. The LTR also has the CRBM (Cherrybomb)that is a plug in module for $40 that accesses an existing map already on the computer to compensate for when you pull the pea shooter and airbox lid to add 7hp. It did make a NOTICABLE difference. 7hp for $40. Hard to beat that.

Arctic Fox will not sell campers larger than their 990 to anyone who doesn't have a dually setup.
With the larger campers when you go slow around a slanted corner so much weight shifts to the inside tire that there has been problems with the tire seperating from the rims. Thus the reason for requiring duals.
You should run toyo M55's on the f-350 in the 285/75r16.. the SRWs will do just dandy. and actually haul more weight than the thinner duals.

My rims are 18"
I gotta thank Ford for making 18" rims. Them tires are expensive!

Well, we are back to looking at the camper/enclosed trailer setup........... Arctic Fox 990

I wish I had a dually so I could get the big camper, nice having that extra room.....
Last time we bought an F350 at the farm the single rear tire had a greater load capacity rating than the dually. Might want to check on this for yours. Replace the stock tires with some good wide ones and you will have plenty of stability. JMHO based on past experience, but I could be wrong.

Well now, I didn't know that. I really doubt it would be a common occurrence with properly inflated tires. May be one of those CYA type of things.

Ohh hell thats right.. you have one of them new trucks that was a pretty retarded move on Fords part .
. Yeah the bigger rotors should be better for braking but they could have developed sompin differnt than pushing their consumers into an *** tire market. do they even make any heavy tires for the 18'

I had forgotten also about the odd tire size. I suspect that there are heavy tires available for the 18" wheel as it has been around in the past. May be kind of spendy like the 17" 8 or 10 plys my '56 Ford F350 uses.
