The doc took two x-rays acouple of weeks ago from today. He said it's healed so start Therapy. I have been in Therapy for 2 weeks now. When i first went in my shoulders look like - _ My right was way higher than my left. Therapist said that my shoulder blade is out of balanced, i have about 10 knots around my blade. I just have to keep doing exercises to get the muscle stretched back out to where it's suppose to be. I have it almost level now. After it's level then we will start working on strengthing my arm and getting the actual shoulder bone, back where it's also suppose to be. My right shoulder rolls forward. That's the best way i can describe it. The day of and after therapy is usually the worst for me. Oh i also go to therapy twice a week. I told the therapist that i need to be able to shoot a gun by the end of October. He said that i will beable to go hunting, but when i get back i'm gonna be back in therapy working on everything again.

I was thinking about getting a massage before i go hunting. To help loosen up the muscles.

I have never heard of the word Rolfing. I'll ask my therapist on Monday what he thinks of these two things.

I know Lisa Failor-Howe from the olympia area.. and she worked what dam near seemed like magic on my brother and she is the one who got my cousin to goto the instute for her training. however.. Olympia is gonna be a long way for you. I know a few other rolfers in colorado and oregon.. I have never been rolfed though Im needing it though.. Thinking about putting a rack on the front of my 360 to carry tire chains. Something that would carry them, hanging, at the front of the front rack. Anyone have a carrier I could look at? Maybe a picture? I have built this type of carrier for pickups and trucks but this one I would be concerned about appearance and security for the chains. I did a couple of searches on the web but came up with nothing.
