Happa, if you are getting fidgety to get back to work, you must be feeling better. I am glad to hear it, but take the time to heal now rather than pushing it and having a relapse and making it worse. I am sure Val is keeping you under control for just that reason. You go Val!
Thanks, Val is keeping a real close eye on me for sure, she's really pushing the 10lb weight limit and continually telling me to rest and let things heal up or else. Heck, I have to heed her warnings, everything I do hurts and she won't let me drive on the vicoden. Back to the doctor on Tuesday for a checkup

Holy cow, the Pellham family is back! Happa is bored...

Evenin' PSAR!

Feelin' good about my job... we're kickin' **** and not takin' names. I've absolutely had it with people that can't prioritize work to get chit done. I sent a few scathing e-mails and pulled people together that were bickering about who's responsibility is was to do some things... meanwhile the schedule slides. I found out today that I enjoy exibiting my most prevalent quality... being an absolute d!ck. By the end of the day I had chief engineers stopping by thanking me and other managers calling up to smooth things out. Sorry, can't get into details on a public forum... but it was enjoyable to see people twist in their seats as they were held accountable for their f@#ked up priorities.

Good for Val. Hap, I was off work for over a year with back troubles and I know how freeking hard it is to do what you need to do. Drives a guy crazy when they are used to being out and about. But if you do as the vet tells you the long term outcome is way better. Most of the guys and one gal I was in PT with were still going back with severe problems when I was much better. They didn't listen, I did. One of the few times in my life I really did as directed. Like you I have a wife that makes me toe the line when she needs too. Being a nurse she would call the Dr and ask questions so I got away with nothing. Now I'm really glad she did. Thank your wife and behave yourself, you'll be glad you did later on.

Heh heh heh, sometimes you just have to rattle a cage or two to get the rats to running. Good for you 2mny.
