Reading your posts makes me oh so glad that I no longer work for a huge corporation.
So many people passing the buck and coming down with the "that's not my job" disease.
Maybe you could teach the machinists to actually WORK a full eight hours on their eight hour shift!
I have a brother-in-law who is a proud union steward, you should hear the stories he tells me and he's proud of the way his crew works together to undermine management.
