All this gun talk, makes me curious, just how does one obtain a concealed weapons permit?
I need to know how to get blood out of clothing. Alot of blood.
Cold water and pour about a cup of shout into the wash
- - - - If your really trying to get rid of the evidence, er, make that "stain" I would suggest a large pile of wood, gas and a match. Consider spading the ash pit and mixing in lots of black pepper. Sorry, been watching to much TV.
no kidding! Thank you Gil Grissom

Really thinking about building one now as I don't want the 8' bed. Six feet is long enough and be just a bit easier to park in the space available.
Yes, it's red, pretty thin metal, very light trailer, I think it's actually 7', but it does fold in half in the center and does tilt with the pins pulled out in the front. It's probably the one from Harbor Freight, the guy said, the person that owned it towed it from Eastern Washington and burned something out in the wheels, so he put a new axle and wheels with the bearing buddy. But it sounds like you want to build your own, just don't let it interfere with the Christmas Party

The Harbor Freight trailer is red and the stock axle is a 2000 lbs unit (or close to it, we are talkin' Chinese here). The little (8") wheels and tires are only rated at the lower weight rating. When you install the 4 lug 12" wheels on the same trailer is now rated over 1500 lbs, again because of the rating on the tires. Oh yeah, the trailers fold and the tongue tilts (really it's for making it fold up smaller). The biggest draw back on these trailers is the zerk for greasing the wheel bearings is located on the back side of the wheels and does not grease the outer bearing worth a damn, sesides being out of sight and out of mind. Of course if I had been smart I would have found some way to install Bearing Buddy's (the Chinese hubs and bearings are and odd size). So now too, I am replacing the axle with a new one, $138 of everything cap to cap rated at 2000
lbs, with standard bearings.
Starting to sound more and more like I need to look a little closer at the trailer Lowe's carries or just build one. If I build one it will be a couple of months before I get around to it. Too much stuff coming up to start that kind of a project. Every time I build something like this it gets stuff added to it as I go. All the little doo-dads take the extra time. Personal failing, can't seem to follow the KISS principal. Hmmm, let's see now. Two axel, surge brakes with cut off for backing, tool boxes built in, tilt of course and aluminum! Yeh, aluminum would be nice - - how about a beaver tail, maybe hydraulic - - Hmmm. Uh-oh!

Sounds like the plumber failed to go back and put in the proper cleanout fittings. I have never seen those little white caps left as part of the finished job. But then I'm not a real plumber, just info from remodels and building a few houses.
Like the old saying goes, If you want it done right, do it yourself. Dang Plumbers
Don't know how long this work has been in place but under the building codes and state law you may have the right to go after the plumber to come and repair the damage. If raw sewage has gotten under the house they may have to remove the dirt and backfill. Depends, I guess, on how much of a hassle you want to put up with. Bonds required of contractors by the state cover this sort of thing.

whatever happens,,,e sure to replace the contaminated soil with fresh,,,and put new plastic down over the entire area of your crawlspace,,,,in an effort to make it looked like nothing ever happened ,,,,,,at least before you sell the house (if you ever plan to)

is the crawlspace vented?

your biggest concern after the cleanup is humidity in the crawlspace air

mold can cause a lot of problems,,,,minor and major,,,,and you really dont want mold in this climate

if you arent vented,,,you might consider a dehumidifier in the crawlspace for a period of time,,,,,and it wont hurt to sprinkle borax (the laundry soap) (wont allow mold to grow or bugs to exist)(and bugs will show up if there is any moisture at all) over any damp soil and let soil dry before plastic

also,,,,,bleach is a pretty strong odor to endure,,,,,and there are things out there that do better at killing mold,,,,like borax

i would personaly nix the bleach (or maybe just use a small amount in a spray bottle) ,,,,,,and be sure not to mix with any ammonia or ammonia based cleaners,,,,,,that can be very toxic,,,and deadly
