Son just called, they made it to LAX and will leave for Mazatlan in about an hour. He says it is about 60 Deg. and sunny in LA and supposed to be about 80 in Mazatlan. Making fun of me for not going with them. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] Dang kids! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img] I'll wait till they get the new additions done. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

Good Afternoon PSAR! I stayed at home today. I had alittle scary last night and that did it for me. I was in that back up on 405 & 522. Basically i couldn't get on hwy9. The off ramp from 522 was a sheet of ice. There was a semi jacked knife and cars every where. Cars where passing me to get up to the light. I finally had enough room to get around the cars in front of me. I was behind a car and he squeezed in between the semi and two cars. Well he started to slide and he slammed on his brakes, which freaked me out. I just went to the left and got on the side of the road that had "snow" over the ice. I started slidding down hill. I don't know what i did but i got traction and made it up to the light. I was shaking by this point. Usually i'm fine with driving in the snow/ice. But for some reason it freaked me out last night. It took me 3 hours to get home. By the time i got to the Snohomish airport the snow stopped. Clearview was bad too. The road i live on is pretty bad. I went out to the road and looked down the street and there is some cars in the ditch.

My boat limited on monday in the snow.. well we coulda had 6 more canadians i guess. but we only had one gaggle drop in on us [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] Killed the chit outta them though [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] them was my first canadians. They make ducks seem pointless for the meat factor.

 

Both aircooled quads now start on their own. Kinda weird what a plug and new fuel will do. Oh and a battery.



The most badder part is the road is bare now, so I can't spin brodies. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]
