Warning? Sand Hill Pit
To ensure safety of forest riders, portions of the Sand Hill Pit in the Tahuya State Forest may be temporarily closed for ORV use, as rock may be in the process of being removed from the pit.There are alternative sites to unload and access trails in the Forest during this temporary closure.Please take care as you ride near this area and follow all directional signs and notices.
I found that warning while looking for tahuya directions for a friend.
