'twas a fine ride today. No casualties, which makes it even better.
The upper staging area was blocked by trees up by the creek. Brian and I had to back out, while the other guys were able to turn around.
The wall was still closed off, but the ride to the base was still good, going through the trees and the mud holes.
It was good to see everyone, 'da boy and I enjoyed the ride.

There were pleanty of lil mudholes to scratch any lil mudhole itch... I bogged through one on accident... Towards the end, we just went through them, rather than try to find a route around.
Reiter Ride was a blast, 13 riders, a ton of snow and some deeeeep mud holes. The trails were in pretty good shape, just had to blast through everything, I think most of us got stuck at one time or another. The woods on the way to the wall were brutal, but fun.
Weather was great, sunny, around 40 degrees. No accidents, a few minor mechanical problems that were taken care of with no problem.
It was great seeing and riding with everybody, can't wait till the next group ride.
