hola' PSAR! I bailed out of werkin' early. Came home and rode the trike a couple of laps. Destroyed another spark bolt? WTF? I think a head gasket is shat out too Gotta get in touch with my trike guru in New York.

Go to a hotter heat range plug and maybe change brand of oil.
the plugs are not fouling, they are actually failing. Sunday, the center electrode slid out and touched the ground, yesterday the insulator broke and slid down around the electrode. Makes me scratch my head
Change brand of plug and if it still does it you may have to much timing crank into it. Spark plugs don't hardly ever fail anymore (you get the odd one every once in a while but 2 in a row, failed the same way puts the odds so high that even a non better would go for it.

I'm leaving the Bronco home, gonna take the Focus, it's nice, dry and warm from the garage
Let's see 4x4 Bronco, 4x4 F350,,,nah, I'll take the Focus!
Makes sense to me
Focus did better in the ice than either of the bigger rigs did last time, front wheel drive works great in the icey conditions and the snow.
Not very manly though

Hey Bear, when was that ride the NWQR have planned? I went back and looked for it but you know how this place adds pages. Could you re-post that? Tnxs
The Northwest Quad Riders ( NWQR ) are having a group ride on Memorial Day Weekend at the Morrow County OHV Park . The wife and I are going to stay in one of the cabins, but there is a nice RV park in the park. The NWQR has a thread for this ride: Morrow County Thread. This is the same group that I did two China Hat rides with last year and one Capital Forest ride the weekend after the 4th.
Thanks Bear, that sounds like a good trip.
All three trips last year with the NWQRs group have been great. The other good thing is we usually do a fast and slow group and everyone ends up happy.

That boy ain't real bright. Not wearing leathers and running a rig like that. Gonna be a lot of skin grafts required if he dumps that thing. That said, I wouldn't pause a 1/10 of a second if asked to take it for a run. Be wilder than the 427SC Shelby Cobra I got to drive at Riverside Raceway back in the dark ages, Way over my head too. Its an 03. Those have "issuses".
My 03 Doesn't.
You did the frame gussets, though, right?
Just last year when I decided to go big bore. Actually, that was part of my excuse to have the motor done since I was going to pull it to have the gussets done and powder coating done "just in case". I didn't have any trouble in the years before that.

What route do you take to get over there? Looks like up the Columbia on 84 and then south from Heppner junction would be good.
