I was trying to work out some details, but looks like a ride at Darrington on Sunday is going to happen. All are welcome, of course!

Thinking breakfast at the cafe in Darrington.

Hey, I bet that would be a good jaunt for the TrAktor and not beat the snot outta the operator as badly as Walker. And what about a nice sunny Sunday ride for Carissa's parents? Rod? Everyone else?

Gonna be a beautiful day Sunday.
Where do you ride in Darrington? I am interested in this, though it may not be this weekend. I don't get that way too much, so I can't say that I know the area. Still, this is fairly close, so would be nice to know of some other spots close by. Thanks!

Chris

You take I-5N to the Arlington /Darrington exit not sure on the # MB would know , go right of the ramp & follow this out to the stop light(hwy 9), go left & stay to your right, turn right @ the next turn(lane is right turn only), follow Hwy 20 all the way out to DArrington, go thru town, you will come to a T & 4 way stop, turn left go about a block or 2 & turn right on Sauk Praire Rd.(sawmill) follow all the way out till the road comes to a "T" go left, follow road & campground signs to the end of road & you will be @ Derringer camp, you can stage from there or anywhere you want along the road if you want Hope this helps, it's fun riding up there that is our "home away from home" in the summer LOTS of camping/riding/drinking oh sorry LOL
You can go on logging roads or find some trails, most of them are dead ends but a few go places

Hey Jayna

If the weather stays nice for Sunday and if everything works out I may come ride with you at Darrington.
You will have to give me directions to the breakfast place so I can follow you to where you ride after we eat
WAHOO! DM probably knows the name of the diner, but it's the little brown cafe across from McDaniel's as you come into Darrington, before the 90degree turn. I am thinking 9:30a for breakfast, but later is fine by me. Not too early, but early enough to get going riding before noon would be great.

DM, or anyone else going, what works for everyone else? Speak up and I will be there.

I'm easy 9:30 works fine for me or later if DM needs her beauty sleep
And you KNOW I do Hey Randy how's it goin'? It'd be nice to see ya I like 9:30-10:00 LOL you know I had to add a 1/2 hour there
Yummmmm breakfast a at least i'll be able to have coffee since there are porta poties up there

Ok sorry tne the reason we cut our fenders was for racing, wind resistance I guess? It looks cool heck IDK BUT IT'S A BIG OL' PIA on the trails I had cut fenders on my 300 & got totally soaked when it was wet muddy out, I now have full ones on my 426 & it's MUCH better don't get me wrong I still get wet!! Now the Kodiak you don't get wet/muddy @ all hardly
