The Arctic Cat dealer in Chehalis, Industrial Specialties, does not charge shipping or set up fees. And they still beat every one elses price before the fees.
It is illegal to register your quad, or any vehicle for that matter, if you are a resident of Washington. There is a gray area that if you own property in Oregon it isn't illegal per Oregon law, bur Washington sure as hell will write you if they ketch you. FYI, If Washington does catch you, the fine will be way more than the sales tax and the registration fees. You ask how do the find out? You in the staging area getting ready to unload your rig and the cop walk up and notices your Wshington tabs on you truck and/or trailer and your Oregon sticker on you quad. I know one guy that has been done in this way at Tahuya this year. He tried to fight it in court too and it cost him close to a $1000 and there was no lawyer involved.

You can register it in Oregon. The Coos Bay Honda dealer would charge an extra$150.00 to register it down there.
Don't know how they do it.
You pay sales tax on a quad bought in Oregon, when you register it up here.
They still don't charge set up fees. Shows you how the stealers up here rip you off.

Go with the less expensive place. Or go to Oregon and there's no sales tax or set up fees!
