Mark, I would have thought you'd have that Raptor all torn apart by now. Any idea yet of what you need to fix? I was cleaning mine after last weekend when I noticed the completely stupid adea Yamaha used to adhere the air filter to the front of the air box. I need to get a better setup than that. There has to be some sort of adapter with flanges on it that a person can buy. I really dont want to get into a K&N or something like that that I need to rejet for. At least with the 400 I could loosen the carb boots, turn the card, and take the jets out easy enough. I thought I heard someone say that Raptor jet access is a big tougher. Thats why Id rather leave them alone. But we shall see.

I have posted a pic of the quad I am using for the hats in the MSN PSAR, pictures, in the album called Quad Pic for Hats.
This was really tough trying to find one that was already digitized for cost savings!! There was not alot to chosse from in all the books I have checked out in all of the Embroidery shops I have visited. Found this one on-line and purchased it to keep myself. There were others in the books but they were are utility types which I knew most of you would not want, excluding Quad4Fun of course . Then trying to find one small enough to go on a hat,...boy, I have learned so much from this
Anyway, go look at the pic and be sure to click it to see the real image. I will have a sewed sample with me in Easton week after next for those there to view.
