What a beautiful day!!
Happarap is out working in the yard and I am re-potting house plants...
I love to go riding on days like this but it sure is nice to stay home sometimes and see things get done around the 'ol homestead

Don't think Monday is a holiday unless you make it one Although I might be feeling a little sick myself by Sunday evening

Hey all,
You are most certainly right, it is a beautiful day to ride, or so we thought.
What is the one thing that can ruin your plans for a good day of riding??? Well I'll tell ya.
When you go to unload your quad and warm it up. Only to find you have left your key at home.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHH
And it would take 1-1/2 hours to go home and get it.
I think Bill was just in on a cruel joke with the rest of you. You guys all planned to get me out riding, then Bill forgets his key and says "I'll be right back, really Sean, just wait here for me ".
Then home he goes and not to return..aaaaaaaagggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh
THANKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Well OK, that's not exactly how it happen. Yes, somebody did forget their key at home, with no way to start the quad. We called two dealers and asked how to hot wire the ol' Blaster.
One had no idea, the other wouldn't tell us for liability reason ( I told them we weren't stealing it ). No Luck
After disconnecting the ignition wires, tried hooking them together to complete the circuit, no luck!!
Took ignition apart, was going to duct tape the two pieces together where the contacts were.
That's when the amazing Bill came through. Lets just say, without divulging the exact way to start a blaster without the key (because it is so easy), That wonder bill figured it out.
So we actually had a good ride today. Rode about 26 miles. Trails weren't bad at all. Only came across two bikes coming at us. Rest of the time the trail was ours. Got a little wet in some puddles, but that's it. The weather was great for riding. Thanks Bill for doming along.
Hope the rest of you had a great day. Hope those others riding also had a safe and fun day.
