The $800 fine, the 55db on the property, that is normal speaking voice level BTW and the guy that turns you in gets to make you pay for their attorney and any other expense they can think up. This bill will make it illegal to even start you atv most places.

As a homeowner with a renter neighbor who has a sh*tbox El Camino that would NEVER pass the noise restrictions in this bill, I can see, kind of, where that part is coming from. On the other hand what i've seen from watching gun laws over the past years, whatever the current law is, there are always representatives that want to put their name on a new more restrictive one, slowly eroding the citizen's rights.

Just carry a sapling in your backpack whenever you go riding.

This bill will effect offroad vehicles only, your jerk with the El Camino can still be as noisy as he wants.

So what you are saying is that a clutch kit will not help me at the top end, only the bottom end stall. Will it help with reving it out farther, giving me more bottom end speed. I am so dumb, sorry.

Also, what area (not district, but city) does the yahoo Kline purport to represent?

It's silly to have a rally on a Friday afternoon when most of out elected officials have left Olympia for the weekend...like last year. Although it could be helpful for media if they spin it right
and the "Organized" Clubs and the manufacturers and dealers involved in politics are not quordinating well enough and are not speaking with one voice (by brother can be cynical, but I love him anyway & I really think he knows what he's talking about in his areana)
I'm thinking the local dealers need to take the point in this fight, but they need our help to keep it going
