I'm gonna say ARC but have never tried them, I tried DJ's old Fly boots & they were STIFF, plus I don't htink they hold up well, Trev's lil Fly boots were real stiff too, hell they STILL are haha I did find the ones I was looking for when you were here they were sitting by the fireplace oh well they are a 7 anyway!! Mostly dirt roads with some trails here and there, (very easy), some hill climbs (not so easy).
The Forest Service hasn't been there since 4th of July, they were just making a one day statement last year. All the trails and roads are open. You'll get varying reports on where you can and cannot ride up there, I've been riding up there for 4 yrs with only one incident with the Forest Service and even then, they were not sure where we could and couldn't ride. They were just some greenhorns sent out by their supervisor to sit on a Forest Service Road and tell riders they couldn't be on that portion of the road.
You should make the trip and ride with us old folks
Originally posted by: tencubed What is the deal on the ride at Easton trail wise? How tough are the trails and how many miles are we talking about? Also, I get the feeling with comments about the Forest Service waiting for quads and all, that there are closed areas that get ridden in. What's the story on this? Kind of like to know this stuff prior to going there.

Someone once mentioned about being able to ride across the top clear over to the Naches area. Are you familiar with this? Lot of years ago we covered a lot of that country horseback while hunting elk and it would be fun to look it over again. Somewhere I have some really old maps of that area.
