What a race! Whoever didn't go that could have missed out. Woosies Marcie even showed up. I did my best as a fill in for the race. I need to get in better shape for the next one. I will need a walker tomorrow too. I had more fun than any would even begin to understand.

Hi everybody, this is raptorchick. I'm too lazy to sign in on my own i.d.
We had a great time! Marci and I got 4th place in the women's class. Loki got 3rd with a 12th place overall. He did 9 laps and his partner did 7, which is pretty good since yfznumber5 was sick, but still raced anyway. (you rock Eric!)
There were approximately 250 quad riders there. It was an awesome turn out and the weather was perfect. All of you that didn't go, really missed out!
Sandbomer, I think you guys got a trophy coming. They did the top 33% and in the amature class, they went all the way down to 7th place. They said they will be mailling them out.
I am playing hooky from work tomorrow. I had a nasty "over the bars" incident and messed up my shoulder. Plus, I feel like I got run over by a truck! I'll post more later. Right now I have to go drink the pain away.

Those are the kinda stories we were looking for. Glad you all had a fun and safe race, and great job over there. You represented our sport fantastically. Sure glad RaptorChick didn't get hurt on what sounds like a pretty nasty spill.
Ideas for next race:
1 > Sleep for three days before race.
2 > Pack Geritol, Ensure, ice packs, bottles of Ibuprofen
3 > hire a Masseuss to come along.
But don't fret, we will take care of you all. Geritol and Ensure are in the mail to help in the recovery process.
