Good morning PSAR. Field trip today woohoo!!!!!!! We are going to PLU for the annual MESA day competition. I hope my kids do a great job. I'm sure they will. Last year we swept the speech field, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

im taking my youngest boy in today to a foot and ankle specialest, he has had bad circulation, swelling and pain in them when he is on them for more than a coupple of hours at a time. he was born club footed and had sx at 6 months on both so i assumed it was due to that, but it has been getting worse. so we will be knowing for sure today i hope
