Very nice set up wingdude! Is that truck brand new? Have you had a chance to weight everything? Is so, what does everything (truck, trailer) weigh?

Dang nice. That Truck is a monster. Do you have intentions of installing a bed, or is it just going to stay open frame like that?

Josh (hondablue) is helping me design and build a bed. I will not happen until after FLORENCE DUNES SAND , but it will be quite nice. Custom bed baby.

Nice setup. I can see that truck with an aluminum diamond plate bed with a cab protector headboard. Maybe convert the trailer to a gooseneck hitch with a hidden receiver in the deck and a set of removable sideboards. At any rate I would sure add fenders and mud flaps before towing very far.

No, just Florence. I have to get back to work, no vacation time.

There are mud flaps, we made brackets the first night. I decided not to waste/spend the money on fenders because it will have a bed. I just have to be careful not to drive through gravel too fast, so the back of the cab and the trailer doesn't get beat up.

Your voice sounds scratchy, I think you might be coming down with a cold. You should probably call out and recover at Horsefall.

DUNES-7 days to departure!!! YEAH BABY!!!

From personal experience I would really suggest you put a couple of 4X6s across the frame and make some temporary fenders out of plywood. Just the junk on the freeway can do a lot of damage to a shiny finish in very short order. Tie the four-bys on with some wire and paint the wood black with a spray can. You'll be glad you did.
