Dan,

I'm not sure how much you're looking to spend, but I agree with all the responses. The 400's, 450's and 700 are great reliable quads. You just need to pick the one you like.

I would advise to not overlook the predator if you're looking for a great quad for a great price. The predator hasn't really gained market share and are shunned by the ignorant. Those that have ridden with me or taken my machines for a spin haven't complained about the preddy. They are reliable and can be made fast with very little $$$. Look at the prices on the '04 or the '05 and it's hard to beat if price is what you're after.

I haven't ridden the outlaw enough to have an opinion except that it is a kick in the pants to ride, but the shocks need attention. If you are remotely considering one, get the KTM.
