Morning PSAR [IMG][/IMG] TGIF [IMG][/IMG]

Well we found out last night there is NO as built plan for our septic system [IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG] don' tknow if previous owner installed w/o permit or WHAT ARGGGGGGGGGGG

Now gonna have to get it pumped & see if that helps the county any God I hope so!!

Otherwises I have to hire a septic designer..........................BLAHHHHHH

Gosh Bing long time no see/post how are you & Julie doing [IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG] Must be likin the job huh [IMG][/IMG]

WQ really hope you start feeling better [IMG][/IMG] I HATE when the doc doesn't call in RX when they say ARGGGGGG haha

Well have a good day all [IMG][/IMG]</end quote></div>

DM, you may want to shoot a call to the original title company that you went thru, you paid big bucks for their services and they are supposed to makes sure everythings on the up & up. Someone besides you should pay for that mistake.</end quote></div>

Just an FYI:

See if you can find your title insurance policy from when you bought the place.

If a septic design is included then it will be covered by the title insurance company.

Having worked for a title company I can tell you that your title insurance will only cover items that are of record (recorded documents) and some items that are not.

If an "as built" was not included in your original title insurance policy you most likely will not be covered. However, you then may have an issue of omission by the title company.

Good luck!</end quote></div>

Pretty much what I was getting at

I just got a phonecall from my engine guy...... I pick my engine up tonight! Now the chore of installing it in the frame and running it a bit [img][/img] Coos Bay on a fresh build...... anyone want to talk me out of it? [img][/img]</end quote></div>

Can't think of a better way to break it in, I picked my 780 build up in Mesa headed straight to Dumont and proceeded to run the fire out of it. Heat cycle it, retorque it and your ready to ride it like you stole it. Break in's are for motors that ain't built right IMHO

I took it easy on my 480 for about 5 minutes down at Florence before Happa and I started ripping it up for the next 45 minutes or so!
